We are an independent group of people who believe that good policing depends on accountability, fairness and clear processes when things go wrong.

Our aim is simple:

• Make the official complaints process easier to understand
• Offer informal peer support to people going through it
• Point people towards reliable information and specialist help when needed

We are not anti-police. We want a police service that the public can trust, and that means proper standards, transparent handling of complaints, and real accountability when mistakes or misconduct occur.
